Items are normally shipped within two to three business days. Shipment times within the US are normally an additional three to five business days. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped within two to three business days, and shipping times vary on the country of delivery. Items sent to Canada and Mexico normally take approximately five to ten business days after shipment, and items to Europe and other destinations take seven to fifteen business days. If you are ordering from outside of the US or Canada, we recommend you contact us after placing your order (or include a note with your order) for information on shipping.

All sales are final. Due to the ease of copying video and audio programs, no refunds are issued once a sale is complete.

In the case of defective items (items which will not properly play back in your DVD or CD player), we will issue a replacement item of the same program. To receive this consideration, you must contact us in advance at 415-590-2425 or perfectposing AT gmail DOT com to receive an authorization code for an exchange of defective items.
